Maintaining a safe and clean living condition is your right and responsibility as a tenant. If you have a non-emergency repair request, please call (928) 779-6903, call your property manager, or submit an online request form. 

Examples of non-emergency repairs. 

  • Leaking Faucet

  • Clogged toilet

  • Leaking Roof

  • Mold

  • Electrical issues 

  • Garbage disposal issues

  • Broken Window

  • Broken or Leaking Appliances

  • Pest Issues (termites, wasps, rodents)

  • Wild animal issues (skunks under home, squirrels in the walls, etc...)
